All products purchased from Beckingsale Designs Pty Ltd have an approximate 7 – 12 business day manufacture time which may increase in busy periods without notice. If your order is urgent, please contact us prior to ordering to discuss.

What payment methods are accepted?
Currently we are accepting – Afterpay, Lattitue Pay, Bank Transfer (via invoice only), PayPal and Stripe (credit card).
Oops, I’ve made a mistake on my order, can I change it?
Please get in contact with us straight away via our contact us page or our Facebook page. If we haven’t started your order then we can make the necessary changes, however if we have already started your order then an additional fee may be charged.
My item has arrived damaged.
Oh no! We strive to do our very best to ensure your items arrive safely. Unfortunately this does happen from time to time however we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please get in contact with us via our contact us page or our Facebook page within 48 hours of receiving your product. If the 48 hours has passed, there maybe additional fees to have the product resent.
Can you custom make products that aren’t shown on your website?
I’m worried my photo isn’t high enough quality
A good way to test your photo before submitting it to us, is to print the photo onto a piece of paper and make it the same size as the block you’re purchasing. This will give you a good indication on how the picture will turn out. Unfortunately sometimes pictures saved from Facebook / Instagram are highly compressed and can seem blurry once printed.
What shipping methods are available?
We offer stamped postage (not available on all products), Regular (tracked) and Express Postage (tracked).
Any service offering free postage or envelope post will be sent using an unregistered shipping option done so at the customer’s own risk, please allow up to 15 business days for standard / non-trackable post to arrive once sent.
I’ve made a purchase but I haven’t received any updates
Thank you for your order! You should receive an email confirming your order has been received and is currently being processed. If you haven’t received this email, please check that you’ve entered in your email address correctly or check your junk folder.
If you have received this email and haven’t heard anything between our processing time, that’s perfectly normal. You’ll either receive an email from us if we have any questions about your order or you will receive an email with a status update saying your order has been completed. We also leave a note which will be an additional email with the tracking details if the postage method comes with it.
