Personalised “Little Treasures” hanging sign

Our “little treasures” sign is the perfect gift for Grandparents! It is personalised with their most treasured gem’s names.

Each name heart is approximately 5cm and the main heart is 15cm x 13cm. Comes with white ribbon. Additonal length can be left on the ribbon to allow room for future treasures – Please leave a note if this is required.
